Dr Casañas uses Botox for aesthetic purposes, as well as relaxation of chronically tense muscles that generate pain at a distance including referred and radiating pain. Botox injections are limited to patients that have been unrelieved by other techniques and are relatively safe if injected in appropriate places along the muscular planes.
